During their DT lessons today, 2 groups of Year 11 Hospitality and catering students participated in a pasta making workshop, organised in conjunction with Stephen, the chef from Chartwells catering.

The results were outstanding. Students produced Ravioli, Tortellini, Linguine, Tagliatelle and Lasagne that looked as good as you'd find in a restaurant!
