Oliver has been named 'Pioneer of the Month' by Duracell for his commitment to the national Big Battery Hunt campaign. Oliver contacted Arrowe Park and Clatterbridge hospitals to help collect over 3000 batteries and send them to be recycled.

He has been nationally recognised for his efforts, being awarded an iPad as a prize. It was the first time a secondary school student had been awarded the prize. 

Oliver is proud to share his story and has encouraged the other members of the Co-op Academy Bebington team to join in the recycling efforts. Well done Oliver, Mrs Hopkins and team!
